Description Inspired by a poem I read about a fisherman caught by his own hook.

This model happens to be a commercial fisherman based in Ketchikan AK.

"Jackie left on a cold, dark night
Telling me he'd be home,
Sailed the seas for a hundred years
and left me all alone" - Sinead O'connor (or Placebo if you prefer).

Gorgeously romantic & wistful shot that is almost pre-Raphaelite.

Really love this piece. How appropriate for a fisherman to have him caught up in his own net. I hope you get the chance to work with him again - he gives you lots to work with and you've done a fine job with it all.Β

This is gorgeous - the texture of the netting against the model blends him in nicely with the surroundings. His facial expression, the mood, everything just melds beautifully together. Great work.
