Okay so, WOW. I did not expect to get the traction that I did under the span of 24 hours. I can tell there are definitely people that are interested in the concept of a RWBY fanfic involving an isekaied U.S. Marine so I was hoping to have a chat with you all.

I want this to be a story that can be enjoyed by the people reading and for me as well since I want to have fun writing it ^-^. Anyways, here's the question I had:

1. What time should this take place in? I know I've had most of the characters illustrated in their pre-time skip (Volume 1-3) outfits but I wanted to see if there was interest in it taking place in after the time skip (Volume 4 and onwards basically). Most likely the story will take place during the former but again, I just wanted to see so I can keep it in mind.

2. What kind of tone should this story have? I've been conflicted as to whether or not it should be a lighthearted story between the two characters or something a bit serious, probably a mixture of both, eh?

And, most importantly, 3. What should Raymond be armed with? By default, he will have a revolver, but I was wondering if there was any interest in seeing him use the technology and weaponry found in the world of Remnant or having him use world war 1 era weaponry instead?

Lastly 4. What do ya'll think about this design for Raymond, this design was done by team_richmei, an artist on fiverr who I owe my thanks to for bringing him into fruition in the first place. Though I prefer the design from the last post, I wanted to see if this was something ya'll would like to see during the progression of the story.
