Description
So, when I drew the Time Lord symbol, I was left with the 3 circles extending past the base shape, and realised that not only did it look cool, but that based on the knowlege I possessed of High-Gallifreyan scripture, that it was also "grammarically" correct, so I created two versons, the more common version, and this one.The more common verson can be found here: [link]
