What fault? She looks as is she's enjoying herself, and though clearly very fat, she looks soft in the belly, and not yet full enough to burst. There's not that much food left. We'll just have to watch and wait and see.

I love the title and I especially love the art! Let's just hope that engorged middle of hers can contain the last remnants of the food pumping from the aptly labeled food pump.
