Player characters from my first time Dm'ing a campaign, we played the "Mine of Phandelver" adventure to introduce two players who where new to dnd.
Poor Bork got his nickname "Butterfingers" when he rolled two natural ones in our very first session while attacking an enemy accidently throwing his weapon away both times. He also unintentionally joined a cult of dragon worshipers and was tricked into becoming a sacrifice for a young green dragon which he proceeded to bad mouth, mind you the players weren't even level 4 yet and they barley escaped with their lives. He eventually proved himself when he soloed an ogre and an owl-bear on two different occasions.
