Now that ArtFight is over I can post his ref

This rookie is (soon to be) an operative of DOSSIER

(Not much can be found about DOSSIER although it is referenced through the animated series Subway Surfers along with one of the characters named Frank. This is just to give you an idea of the fandom this character is a part of)

This unnamed rookie's journey started when he was an adolescent and after bumping into Frank in the subways. Confrontation was followed up from the rabbit-masked operative but the kid sworn he wouldn't tell anyone about Frank's activities. The operative made a hesitant decision to employ the unnamed adolescent after seeing through their promise and simply because he'd get his quota done quicker from a little bit of help.

Days go on, the rookie stayed with DOSSIER from both his promise and from fear that a wrong move would lead to him being exposed by DOSSIER.

CLARIFICATIONS:
> Yes this is indeed a human male, huzzah
> His mask has the same texture and exact structure like Frank's rabbit-mask, except his is more made to look like a fox ...somewhat (fun fact: the rookie started off with a rabbit mask but broke off pieces to manipulate them in making his mask look like a fox instead)
> As of 30.6.2021, he still does not have a name
> He can be drawn between the age range of 16-early 20s
> "170cm+" the '+' would just mean he's still growing
> Personalitywise, he's very conscientious and diligent, but at his leisure he's quite friendly, reliable and laidback. He secretly loves to party
> (Forgot to add) His wasitcoat can be exchanged for suspenders
> To the RIGHT of the GLOVES, that just so happens to be a fancier techy version of a paint canister
> To the RIGHT of the PHONE, that is what I would best describe as some compasslike device

(The last two '>' regarding the "paint canister" and "compasslike device" can actually be found in video clips on youtube if you happen to search "subway surfers frank" and play the first video that comes up. As in you'll see Frank using them)
