What you CAN do:
Make adopts and designs with this
Use it for your own characters or in reference sheets
Edit the lines to you liking (meaning add hair, add wings, change eyes, etc. and so long as my lineart is still recognizable)
Move my signature somewhere else around the canvas (so long as it is still visible)
What you CANNOT do:
Claim this as yours or that you made it
Resell (includes taking commissions with this)
Redistribute (especially to those who haven't bought it)
Repost or Reproduce in any way
Remove my signature from the file
Request a refund

And as a disclaimer I happened to use a mix of IbisPaintX and Medibang for this. So it comes already as lineart with transparent BG
