Description OK, first of all...

I DID NOT DRAW THIS.

I colored it.

It's Morrigan, so I had to color it, the drawing itself is awesome. Maybe I got too out of hand with the overall shyniness (if that's a word). But overall, I'm just happy how the coloring came out.

I mean pastel hues, you know light hues like pastel pink and pastel blue~ sorry, got it mixed up ~ It does look like watercolor. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! Nope, I use Paint Tool Sai, a much easier to use program. Didn't take much, like two hours.

i just use the standard circle brushes.

Shoot, lineart and only look so good. Who cares if you didnt draw it. You made it awesome with your spectacular coloring!

Although, even the best coloring in the world cant make crap good so gotta give the other artist props too.

If Im not too lazy maybe I should go check out 'is work. But then... I look at awesome artists and it makes me feel bad. But it also sparks determination! To become BETTER!!!

Yup, it should spark determiation!!!! you know, subliminal messages to become better!
Well, it's been a while since I used colored pencils, but I can tell you to use colors wisely, like there are different yellows and stuff, so use the one that looks more...dark and artsy *hard to explain*
Also, color your drawings twice, as that would make the drawing more vibrant.

Well I dont really used yellow, except like mustard. None of the lemony bright stuff. And yeah! That make sense to color it twice. Ive gotta color something now so I hope I do it well. Its gonna be frikking shitting rainbow colorful. But thanks! Youre awesome

I guess the shiny effect? Well, I use a marker-ish kind of brush, and then I mess with the contrast. Hope it helps.
