Description
One of my favorite things to do in #SecondLife is to treat virtual products like real ones. That means doing the ad-copy, the extensive documentation, the whole nine.So this is what the ARCADIA can do in Second Life:
* It has a fully interchangeable cartridge system
* The Game Boxes that come with the DevKit allow you to port pretty much any game you want to the console
* The buttons are all functional (and required for operation)
Which means, just like a real console, you have to hit that Power button and Eject.
There's a Channel Selector on the back to switch loaded URLs.
You can customize the color the cartridge, customize the label, and box in the DevKit version.
UGC (Universal Game Cart) is Notecard Driven for all variables (and there's a lot), but it's all documented and pretty easy.
Developer Kit Documentation can be found here if you want to read:
docs.google.com/document/d/1eF…
No launch date has been set (yet) for this product. Hoping for a Christmas 2020 Launch (fingers crossed)
It's still being finished up, and we're waiting for Linden Lab to fix some things in the CEF Special update.
All game screenshots shown in the ad-copy are launch titles and playable.
Should come with a functional Flatscreen TV as well.
