Description
In An American Tail 3, a mob comes after Cholena because they were made to believe that the Indians were going to come and attack them. Papa Mousekewitz hurries home and warns his family and their guest, the latter whom is very confused that the police won't help them. Mama Mousekewitz anxiously tells Tanya to get the baby (Yasha) and the family give the Indian Princess Cholena a babushka to hide her obvious nativeness before trying to blend in with the crowd. The mob is armed with burning torches, and there is absolute chaos. I got the idea yesterday that I wanted to draw Cholena with her babushka on, and decided to draw her with Tanya and Yasha, too. I like how it came out, I think that Tanya looks more worried and Cholena is just confused by what the immigrants are doing - she doesn't fully understand why they think that she and her people (err...mice) are bad. Yasha just sleeps through everything.
