So yeah, this is my Pokemon OC, Blue.He is a Riolu (obviously) and I might actually manage to upload his ref sheet sometime soon.
I didn't draw the scarf tho, since I didn't feel like it.
Blue is rather sarcastic and likes to tease others.
He also has a few social problemes and has a questionable moral code.
I'll post more information about him once the reference sheet is up.
