More Ruby than Rose, I suppose. I took heavily from the "Red" trailer that I am so fond of.This is a request by one of my friends.
This is the 2nd "red moon" concept I did in literally a span of 5 days (The first one being Emilia, posted 3 days ago?). I feel like I did well here, looks way better than what I originally was thinking it was going to be. I was really very worried about screwing up the rendering somehow so I took my time. There is a slight awkwardness with the character w/ background since the background came after the lineart, so I just went for whatever pose I had in mind then. The scythe is out of proportion but I guess I'll live. Of course, still haven't gotten around to doing tree/cloud studies. Clouds look terrible.
All in all, I got exhausted but it was a lot of fun doing a piece that took a lot out of me. I ended up staying up late last night to try and get this done but couldn't, welp.
