usually i hate drawing samerais, but i was compelled after reading ( actually more like looking at the art of ) purgatory Kabuki by yasushi suzuki. The story is pretty bad, and doesn't make sense but the art is stunning, which is why i bought the graphic novel.Related content

The story is bad if you don't understand it, and to understand it you need to know chinese as well as japanese myths, legends and just a lot of culture that is way too complicated if you're only a casual manga/gn reader.
Took me a long research to appreciate it as it should be.

yeah i guess so, i'll try reading it again. i just feel like there's tons of gaps in the story, that just leaves me going " huh?". and you right i'm only a casual reader. i dont read as many mangas as i used to read.
