Say hello to my Robot Master OC, Vortex Man!

Built as an air purification robot, then modified by Dr. Wily, Vortex Man can take just about anything you throw at him and send it right back! With his Vortex Cannon, he can suck up other Robot Master weapons and use them himself!
He can only hold one at a time, though. And while he's using the weapon, he takes on the properties of its user as well, which means he also gains their weakness! The only thing he can't absorb is Mega Buster shots, so he's a perfect place to start on a new game!

After Vortex Man is defeated, Mega Man gets his Vortex Cannon! Vortex Cannon allows Mega Man to suck in small enemies and use them as projectiles. If he tries to suck up a larger enemy, he can steal their weapon and use it for a short time. Quite the handy weapon!
