I absolutely agree - everyone (even non artists) should do that. It's so liberating and it always ends up interesting, no matter the medium used for it (I usually go with just a pen and flying piece of paper >.<)
This piece is very interesting, more figurative than abstractive. I like how it looks split in two - as if telling two stories.
