you CAN change the gender of the bases
YOU DO HAVE TO ASK BUT if you have asked more than once, and I say YES then you do NOT have to ask anymore ON ANY OF MY BASES
actually TRY don't take five seconds on it 
do NOT franken doll or repost it as your own
Base edits ARE allowed, but give me credit 
keep in mind that some bases I'm posting are some that I posted on my second account (which will be transfered to this account, and will be deleted on my second account) so don't send me any E-mails that I'm stealing bases because I'm not xD
DO NOT recolor over someone else's base edit, a base is called a BASE for a reason if YOU are the original artist and if you do NOT wish to have your artwork as a base, I will gladly take it down, HOWEVER if you are NOT the original artist and you ask me to take it down, I will politely decline simply because you are NOT the original artist

from what I read, she never said she was arrogant, nor did she say that she was better than anyone else. all she said was that she didn't want your scribbles all over her base that she worked hard on. why does that make her arrogant? its because you can't use it isn't it?
