A very lovely piece of work that has shown a great deal of development in your understanding of character development and approach to colouring. The overall design of the character is much stronger than before and the human attributes that you've added towards your rendition allow for there to be a stronger feel of seduction, but also animation within the body language.
Colouring works well here with the blending of the hues intwining nicely and allowing for there to be a feel of realism than merely being an illustration.

My hats off to the hand smudging! How long did it take?
The new strap blends into the picture pretty well too with details like her shoulder hair partly covering it.
The only downside is that both edges are perfectly straight, making it look artificial. Ribbons have a little "bulge" in the middle, when they are twisted. In hand drawing that wouldn't be a problem, since nobody can draw perfectly parallel lines. However as I can see, nobody complained either, so you might as well ignore this.
