Name is a simplified version of the word "Migotona kuiruzu", the Japanese word for "stunning quills".
Like all Pikachu clones, Migotoruzu is unable to evolve. Despite this, it wishes to evolve into a very fast Pokemon, in which it couldn't.
Its design is slightly inspired by Sonic the Hedgehog.
