He's just an alternate universe version of Mega Man. The original Mega Man's real name was Rock, the term Mega Man was a superhero name.
This is MegaMan.EXE whose real name is Hub Saito Hikari (i change the japanese name into a middle name). And they're both awesome.

Hmmm, I have to agree with the others nice, very nice. Love the helmet, my only critique is the head seems to be set a tad too far off the neck, though thats just my dumb opinion

The shading in this looks amazing! You've got an excellent eye for detail, the folds in his boots and the reflective light on his helmet and shoulders are just great. Not much stands out to me for critique, although I think his neck looks a bit too thin. I really like this rendition of him in your style, MegaMan.EXE benefits well from a bit of muscle definition. ^^
