Description
Lights on the streets at twilight (picture taken in Lyon). I found the combination of colors interesting and quite uncommon for city lights !The title is obviously a pun, meaning that I feel some emotion looking at this scene, but at the same time, such city landscape seems (e)motionless, even empty... I can't really explain in fact !

I find this photo very intriguing. As a thumbnail, the first thing I thought when I saw it was 'what the heck is that?'
It's very original and you've squeezed an exceptionally interesting shot out of what most probably would have thought (had they been there) was nothing. The blue, green and red/orange set off against a neutral grey sky...it looks almost animated.
