Each palette can have 10 dragons made from it, one from each tribe. Each custom will be 10-15 points. 10 if it's just physical design, and name and gender suggestions, and 15 if you want me to come up with a suggested background and personality.

Say the colour palette number than specify what tribe you want and if you want them to have any accessories.
