For any of you who don't know what the word "Sous" is (pronounced "Sue") it is a french word... I don't know what it exactly means, but this is the Sous Chef in the Chateau Kitchens. She's my cousins character, but I put her into my own style. From what I remember, her actual name is Evelyn and she's the only human in this strange little resturaunt.
