Description
Why greenbloods (and other spellcasters) can't use magic to save their lives, as seen here:1) Mute; unable to use incantations
2) Bound; unable to use hand gestures
3) Panic; unable to focus energy.
Truth be told, I only drew this to illustrate that point, and I don't really have a backstory for it. Also I really hate how this turned out.
