After Xaviax' defeat, an old friend/rival of Xaviax, know as Jadow (see what I did there?) comes down to Ventara. Jadow has the special power to copy one's knowledge, though this requires a lot of power. Once he has arrived on earth he attacks the base for the Riders and the No-Men (That's what they're called right?) and Jadow copies Ebulon's knowledge to create advent decks. He connects all the decks with Advent Beasts found even deeper in the advent void, resulting in stronger Kamen Riders. He also creates a deck for himself, Kamen Rider Jadow (which looks like a kamen rider-fied version of Jadow's armor in you drawings, with a demon as an advent beast), and gives the decks to people on earth, tricking them like Xaviax did to the other riders.

Here's more my idea, which I use when just playing around with them in my head.
Eubulon teaches a person on Earth to be an Advent Master, so Earth can have its own set of guardians. He builds a deck for himself- Kamen Rider Shadow- and after building the other 11 decks, he can't stop himself; he keeps making more. Eventually Hydra- one of the Riders- decides that he doesn't want to use his powers as a Rider to save the Earth; he thinks the Riders should use their powers to rule the Earth. Wring order out of chaos through tyranny. Hydra begins getting Riders to defect to his cause. Those who stand against him get vented, and their decks are given to others to become his new warriors. Soon it becomes a civil war: Hydra and his evil Riders versus Shadow and the few remaining good Riders. Amidst it all, there's one extremely powerful deck that was lost before it could be assigned: the Earth's Advent Key; Kamen Rider Ra (or Proto, haven't chosen a concept yet) and whoever finds this deck will be able to open the Advent void. If Shadow finds it, he can bring back the old Riders and repent for his costly mistake. If Hydra finds it first, he will be able to unleash and command new Advent Beasts and realize his goal of world domination.

For some of the new riders ( to fit in the story) they got trapped in the advent void and some of them lost their memory for being in there for to long but their instinct stays, so they start to fight every one else except each other

Yeah, that would be lame. Besides, a show can't survive on action alone; the characters, story, and development are what made the show good.
And yeah; the production budget of TV shows isn't great. Perhaps that's why Heroes season 3 had to keep anti-climaxing whenever a conflict started brewing.

I never realy watched Heroes, but from what I understand, after season 1 it got pretty bad.
Oh and there are two things they could add in a season 2, Ebulons advent beast (some humanoid cricket) and Kamen Rider Abyss. (They have the suit for that guy, I hope. If you haven't seen him, I'll send you a link)

Well Season 1 had a ton of sub-plots and character arcs that all came together to form one coherent story. Season 2 had a ton of sub-plots and character arcs that come together in about 4 completely different coherent stories that have absolutely nothing to do with one another. The first season was like a great big story where everything comes together at the end. Season 2 was like reading four different comic books and being forced to swap between books every few pages. Not to mention that in season 1 the plot was always building. In season 2 the main characters have to visit people to explain the main plot so they can resolve it.
Volume 3 was where they tried to make it X-Men. They introduced 5 new supervillains and pretty much said "we're going to have an epic super-hero showdown" and then they resolved it in one very anti-climactic cop-out where all but two of the villains get dropped out of the story by the preexisting villain and the two who remain are no more than extras. Then they organized the characters into good and evil teams and said "these teams are going to have an epic showdown" and then the very next episode they pull a deus-ex-machina and all of the characters split up to go their own ways. The story starts as one coherent story and then splits off into a few endings.
In Volume 4, one of the main characters does something radically out of character by telling the Government that super-powered humans exist. This atrociously out-of-character moment is never adequately explained. Nathan betrays his friends and family because the plot says so. The Heroes are forced to go on the run from a secret Government agency that is hunting them. This season wasn't bad; it had ample action and was fairly interesting, but for the first half of the season the primary villain goes off on a quest to find his biological father. This sub-plot has no impact whatsoever on the story and only exists to keep Sylar out of the story until they have a use for him again.
Volume 5 was when the show finally got good again. They finally stopped with the "world is about to blow up" stuff and they put together a story about these super-powered people trying to adapt to normal and ordinary lives. There's also a carnival full of people with powers offering an alternative to normal life. There will be no Volume 6. The show has been canned. They're making a TV movie to wrap things up and then they're finished.
And I have seen a still image of Abyss. He's quite awesome.

Well if Kamer Rider Dragon Knight would go on longer, with nothing but bad plots like Heroes apparently, then I guess we can be happy with the one season we did get.

With Heroes we got one outstanding opening season that was so good that I went out and bought it on DVD. We then got two horrible seasons, one passable season, and one good season. With the evidence on hand, I wouldn't mind seeing Kamen Rider Dragon Knight end on a high note; its reputation untarnished.
Oh; and the Nathan character on Heroes was killed off 5 separate times. What do you think of that?

Though heroes does have an easier time when it comes to new seasons. Kamen Rider costs a lot more to make I think. Heroes just has special effects right?

True, Power Rangers does use it's effects more... Talking about PR, I heared something about Kamen Rider pulling a PR, starting all over with a new cast. I honestly hope they don't do this. From what I've seen the Drahon Knight cast is probably the most diverse and best group of Riders out of all of them. Plus they have a existing universe and continuity now. I say starting over would be a bad choice.
