Arcee needed to get her revenge on Blackarachnia after the last picture, and a friend said he has a real thing for prison play... seemed like a pretty easy solution to me.
So after Arcee escaped her latest death trap, she's taken the wicked Blackarachnia to the Autobot brig for detainment. And the muzzle is just to make sure the prisoner can't shoot anymore webs... as far as Arcee tells the others.
