Description
This is a small practice of both Rahzar and Splinter from the new TMNT series. I will be doing model sheets eventually of both as they will most likely appear in K-9 Agency too. I decided to throw in some funny dialogue just because. The scale of them is not meant to be accurate on this one. Done with reference.Related content

His design here is based off of the new TMNT that is airing on Nickelodeon. I think Rahzar blew everyone away because he came out of nowhere. It can still be a bit tricky trying to draw a 3D/CG character like a 2D one.

I am keeping hope alive for Tokka, Bebop and Rocksteady, Mondo Gecko, Mona Lisa and the Punk Frogs and a few more blasts from the past. After seeing what they did to Dogpound, I am sure Nick has some more surprises in store.

They would all be so amazing to see. Since it seems like Nick's team are huge fans of the 80s version and TMNT in general, we may just see them all. I would love to see a Street Sharks homage. I have hope that Fishface might be one character to do it if he gets mutated again.

I just thought of a cool idea for Rocksteady, what if he was originally some nutjob trying to start a new era (Like a cult) who gets mutated into the Rhino mutant and decides to start a "Mutation Liberation" and he has mutagen bombs strapped on to him like a bullet strap?

And Bebop would be something of a weapon designer, at first a mediocre one as a human, but mutating into a warthog gave him more intelligence (As a nod to how pigs are smart) and he helped build Rocksteady's mutagen bombs.

Though I'd maybe change Bebop to a weapon smuggler to avoid ripping off Baxter Stockman.
