These forms are the result of a Rotom getting a little too comfortable in the device it is in and it eventually decided to make modifications to suit its growing desire to wreak havoc. One modification it made was the maximum output of the device making the appliance based move much stronger than before. Typically one of their favorite pass times is destroying appliances other Rotom are using to further enhance their bodies. Reports of these... twisted... forms attacking have been growing.
Assessment: Destroy Their Bodies on Sight and Capture the Rotom to calm it.
