Spider-man: As a show of respect for the first Crimson Web, Spider-man switched the blue bodysuit in his suit for a black one and added a Web scarf, an accessory typically used by the Webs. On top of that, Spider-man also fully adopted Temper Blake, Crimsons daughter, who fights crime as Scarlet Web, Spider-man's, and occasionally Captain Marvel's, sidekick.

Crimson Web 2: Kumiko Hamada was bitten by a magical spider, much like the Blake siblings. Crimson Web, the elder of the siblings, traveled to Japan in order to train Kumiko. He managed to train her for two months before dying at the hands of one of Marvel's japanese super villains. Kumiko traveled to America for her mentors funeral and eventually took up his mantle with the blessing of his family. She later returned home, after some additional training from Spider-man, and became Tokyo's resident Spider.
