So what started as a quick idea of what DP would be in the Marioverse quickly turned into a mock-up Paper Mario battle image that took way too fucking long.

Basically, DP is some sort of panda-koopa hybrid. Notice that he does not have a true panda nose but a lizard nose with a panda-esque marking. Also DP is a pirate here.

Just so you goobers know, DP's real name is Quint Schroeder.
