Well you first need an idea. Then you can take parts from the original sprite of Meloetta and change it. You should know a little bit about spriting and such.

You can go ahead and take out the Tamboro form from the Ground Type Section, ~Zorua-Snivy doesn't want that one in the Project anymore. That and he couldn't come up with a good design for it, lol.
