A sketch idea of Marika using a small racing sail boat.
The "crab claw" style of rigging for a lot of Polynesian and South East Asian boats allowed them to move quite fast across the waters. I figure it would make sense for a character like her to know how to use one of these things. While I probably won't finish this particular picture, I would like to come back to the idea in the future. Racing boats, whether powered by jet engines or sails, are always cool.
