He frowned a bit. "You want to meet them?"

Jacklyn groaned, rubbing her slightly-sore head.
"Whoa....bloody storm, wh-what happened, where am I?" she groaned, looking around- and locking her gaze on a giant demon boy. Squeaking in fright, Jacklyn frantically looked for a place to hide. She spotted a giant, empty shell nearby and quickly slipped inside, praying the demon didn't happen to like collecting shells.

Unfortunately for her, he actually DID like collecting shells, he just wasn't able to do it that often because there weren't many shells on the island. When he spotted movement, he looked that way, but only saw the shell. With a smile, he came closer, picking it up in a way that Jacklyn wouldn't fall out. "Oh wow...haven't seen this kind of shell for a long time..."

Jacklyn squeaked as she fell deeper into the shell as something- the demon, she figured- picked it up. There had been light coming in through the opening, but when the shell tilted, it disappeared. Jacklyn was trapped in darkness. She heard your voice and thought it might be best to keep quiet. Maybe she'd get lucky and you'd put the shell down?

He purred, then unfolded his wing, setting the shell in it before tucking it again to keep the shell with him as he started running home, excited about his find

Jacklyn bounced around in the shell a bit, but still didn't fall out.
< Wh-what's going on?! H-he took the shell, d-didn't he? Oh, I'm screwed... >

He soon got home, taking the shell out of his wing as he looked it over, smiling

Jacklyn squealed as the shell got turned around in multiple directions without regard for anyone 'trapped' inside.

The demon paused, frowning, having thought he heard a squeal

"L-lemme out of here! P-please!" Jacklyn squealed.

He frowned, confused as he slowly tilted the shell, his hand under it

Jacklyn tumbled out of the shell and into your hand. She stared up at you with wide eyes.
"Y-you're a d-demon..." she squeaked.

He frowned. "Yeah, so? You're a human..."

"B-but, don't Demons eat h-humans?" she said fearfully, having been raised on tales of Demons taking people in the night and eating them.

He frowned more. "Who the hell told you THAT? Demons do NOT eat humans..."

Jacklyn flinched.
"I-I'm sorry, my parents told me stories when I was a kid! P-please don't hurt me!" she cried, tears streaming down her face.

His expression softened, and he nuzzled her gently. "Shh...shh...it's alright..."

Jacklyn squeaked when you nuzzled her, but gave in and clung to you in return.

He smiled, purring softly. "There, there..."

"Y-you're...different then I thought you'd be." Jacklyn hiccupped adorably.

He licked her gently. "Now, you mustn't believe those stories of big bad demons..."

Jacklyn squealed, frantically trying to wipe the spit off her.
"Eeeewww~!" she blushed dark red, just ending up looking adorable.

"Wh-what are you gonna do with me, mister demon?" Jacklyn asked nervously.

"Protect me?" Jacklyn sniffled, wide brown eyes looking up at you from your hand.

"W-wait, I don't need protecting, I need to get home!" she protested, thinking she'd be treated like some pet if she stayed.

"Yes, home! .....though I imagine my parents wouldn't let me back... they sent me on the cruise to get rid of me, guess they succeeded." Jacklyn said.

He whimpered, then nuzzled you gently. "Poor thing..."
