I swam in a circle. After a bit, I finished and climbed out, putting my clothes back on.

I walked up to him, leaning against his leg.
"What now~? Hey, by chance are there others on this island of yours?"

He nodded. "Yeah, there's a few others..."

"Sure! What harm could come from meeting some new faces?"

He laughed. "Wanna meet them all at once or one at a time?"

He smirked. "You're one brave human..."

"Maybe I'm just curious~" I giggled.

((Description of character: He's a regular human, not being a special species or having any powers. He has messy, blond hair that's about chin-length. His eyes are a deep blue color, almost matching the color of the ocean. He wears a scarf and long coat that have been dirtied and tattered from the storm, though it still was wearable. His pants however weren't so lucky, so now he wears this jacket around like it's a dress, which is very embarrassing. His name is Averey.))
Averey groaned as he came back into consciousness. `Was that storm..a dream?` He thought to himself, unsure. His other senses were dull and only his brain seemed conscious. He thought that he heard something, but he could barely hear it and brushed it off, thinking it was his mind playing tricks on him. That was however, not the case. All his senses jerked into consciousness, his mind now more alert than ever. There had been a very, very loud roar which had jerked him from his dreamy state.

A few moments later a T-Rex ran past you, chased closely by a blonde demon, who snarled and slashed at the T-Rex, tackling it to the ground. The T-Rex roared again, wriggling free and running off, the demon spitting after it, slash marks all over his body. "Yeah, you better run!" He growled, then suddenly noticed the tiny human on the ground not three feet (giant measurements) from where he stood

Averey stared up with wide blue eyes at the scene. A T-Rex?! And a giant?! He wanted to be like those people in movies, who would convince themselves that it wasn't a dream and would wake up a few moments later to find themselves in bed. However, the sand felt all too real, as did the sounds and the breeze. That didn't stop him from pinching himself though. Yeah, he felt pain, but nothing else happen. "Well, crap," He commented, a feeling of hopelessness overcoming him. There wasn't a hiding place near him and he saw that the giant demon had noticed him. Even though there seemed to be several feet, yards even, between them, he knew that with one or two steps that the demon could be towering over him. So what /could/ he do?

The demon came toward him slowly, nose twitching as he reached down to scoop the human up, curious about him. "A...a human?" The blonde-haired, blue-horned demon hadn't seen a human in years, so it was surprising to see one now as he gently picked the human up, bringing him closer to the demon's face so the demon could better examine him

The blue eyed teen realized all to late that he was being picked up and lifted several meters up to the demon's face. He could feel his heartbeat pick up and the sound of it pounded in his ears. He curled in a ball slightly, although it was loose. He really only did it so he wouldn't have to look at the demon this close up. He was already terrified of being this far off the ground, which was noticeable because he was shaking like a leaf, so it wouldn't turn out nicely if he looked.

The demon blinked, confused, then smiled softly. "Hey...it's alright, little one...you're safe..." He said, leaning his head down to nuzzle the human gently. Demon or not, he wished no harm on any creature unless they struck first...and right now, it was obvious the human was terrified

Despite his current judgment, his tremblings lessened. His mind however, was not eased yet. He found it hard to believe he was safe, considering that he could be dropped any moment, by accident or on purpose. Plus, he just saw this demon chasing a dinosaur! Not to mention, the dinosaur was a predator! That didn't do anything to help calm him..

He stroked the human's back gently. "I won't hurt you...please calm down...you're safe, little human...what's your name? Mine is Killer..."

`Wow, because that name is a reassurance,` He thought sarcastically. His fear was beginning to leave him though, since the demon, or Killer, was so gently stroking his back. The motion was able to calm him, despite his fear of being dropped. "Averey.." He responded eventually, his voice slightly shaky.

He smiled a bit. "It's nice to meet you, Averey...you're the first human I've seen in a long time...where'd you come from?"

He shifted uncomfortably, his blue eyes glancing up at Killer before darting away. Some events were blurry in his mind, but he remembered what happened. "I was on a ship, going to Europe... There was a storm, I hit my head sometime during that.. I guess the ship must've sunk and I washed up onto the shore here.."

He frowned a bit. "Oh no...you poor thing...you need help, then...no human has survived here on their own..."

"Oh..I see..." He replied, feeling a bit helpless. He wouldn't last a day if he was left alone, if he thought about it. If there was more dangerous creatures like that T-Rex, then he wouldn't stand a chance..

He smiled a bit. "I'm sure I could be able to protect you...I'll keep you safe and sound..."

Averey looked up at Killer with a slightly surprised expression. "You're..You're willing to protect me? Even though we just met?"

He nodded. "Yes, of course...I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I just left you to die..."

"Oh, well.. Thank you.. I'll try not to be a nuisance," Averey replied, looking away from the giant demon. He felt like he was probably burdening Killer, but where else could he go? Nowhere, so he had to tag along with the much bigger being.

Killer purred softly. "You won't be a nuisance at all...now we should get you to shelter...it's gonna rain soon...alright?"

"Okay," He nodded, "Um..Are you just going to carry me in you hands all the time..?"

"Not all the time...does it scare you?"

"It makes me...a little uneasy," He replied, his eyes trying to stay focused on the skin of Killer's palm. Yes, it did scare him, but he wasn't going to admit it.

He bit his lip. "I...I'm sorry...where would you like me to carry you?"

Averey thought for a moment, before he can up with an idea. "Do you have a pocket of some sort?"

Killer shook his head. "No...no pocket...but...I have an idea..."

He bit his lip. "I...I'd have to show you...just...please don't freak out..."

He had a feeling that he may not like what happens, but he nodded. "I'll try to stay calm."

He smiled. "Good..." He said, opening his mouth to slide the human inside

His eyes widened slightly and his breath hitched. `He...he isn't going to..eat me, right? Just...stay calm, like you promised,` He thought to himself, trying to fight away any panic.

He gently and carefully slid the human into his mouth, making sure he passed his teeth and landed on his tongue before slowly closing his mouth, his teeth clicking shut, trapping him inside

Averey's breathing pattern picked up in speed, as did his heartbeat. He never thought he'd ever end up in someone's mouth, and it was a bit frightening, since there was teeth that could tear him to bits so easily. There was also the fact that saliva clung to him, making him wet and a bit slippery. `Don't swallow, don't swallow,` He chanted mentally. He really had no desire to experience what it was like taking a trip to his stomach.
