"Don't bother. I'll be fine, I'm getting some sleep..." I said back at him, covering my ears with my hands now. Since he was bigger then me now, it'd be kind of pointless seeing as his voice was loud enough, but I was still trying.

I growled softly, more then a little annoyed at him. I mean, couldn't he just let me out? At least let me walk around for a while or something, but no, he was keeping me trapped in his locket like a simple charm or something!
After a short while, I finally managed to calm down and fell asleep, though it was a bit uneasy and I was constantly tossing and turning.

He sighed, biting his lip as he opened it while she was asleep, tipping her out into his palm. Surely this would be fine?

Surprisingly, once I was in his palm, I relaxed in my sleep, snuggling up into the warmth of his hand.

"Yeah, right. You wanted me in there forever...like you'd take me out." I groaned, still waking up a bit.

My eyes shot open at that, instantly awake as I stared up at him.
"Wh- but I thought you didn't want me out?"

Sighing, I sat in his hand, relaxing a bit......before my stomach growled loudly.

He smiled. "I'm close...stay calm for a bit..." Suddenly the world went dark, but a rocking motion was soon more noticeable

He smiled, and soon got back home, getting the ring out of his pocket and looking down at it fondly, seeing his friend's sleeping form in the air bubble chamber in the center of the candy. "...sleep well, my friend..." He said softly
