I quickly walk into the kitchen, set you on the counter, and then open the fridge, "Let's see..."

I pull out apples, grapes, bananas, and oranges and set them on the counter, "I don't really know how to make fruit salad but I'm guessing you just cut up a whole bunch of fruit and put it together in a bowl..."

"Um...no, but I've seen them..."

"Good enough," I smile before quickly cutting up a little of each and putting them in a bowl. I then minced up some of the remaining pieces, leaving them a small size perfect for you before putting them into a clean bottle cap as a make-shift bowl, "Here you are~!"

"Thanks." I said, nibbling at the fruit

I smile before popping a grape into my mouth

"I'm glad," I say, munching on my own fruit, "So where did you live before here?"

I finish my fruit and put the bowl in the sink, "I suppose it's just how you look at it."
