Its not always the same but will genrally use the the burn and dodge toll on ring of the eye to create a beeter contrast on al the little strand things, also burn the hell out the outer edge and dodge the inner. then ill desaturated that layer and add a color layer to color it the way I want and set that to anything from color burn, color dodge, multiply, overlay blah blah blah. they all produce diffent effects so witch ever look I want. most of the time there are five or six of these blend layers.
