Beelzebub Form is Akuryo 's form accessed from the Beelzebub Fuestle and granting him access to the Sinister Gluttony Katar Beelzebub Blade. In this form, the Omnilens and Akuryo's chest/right arm armor turns into shade of orange called Beelzebub Quartz which places Akuryo under the influence of Kiga .

Akuryo's finisher is called Gula Swarming Bite. When it is performed, day turns into night and a hazy, half moon appears. The swarm of bugs comes from the sky, surrounding the target to get stung by them. While holding the Beelzebub Blade, Akuryo sends the swarms towards him by forming a drill from his right arm and delivers a corkscrew Rider Punch to the target. As the Fangire shattered its body, Akuryo's chest open its mouth to inhales the soul and consumes them.

- Gula is the Latin word for "gluttony".
