Time Horse Spin is Gekimaru's horse form, accessed by using the Time Horse Gomulet in the Eto Driver.

Henshin
"Come on, Time Horse!" (Standby loop, then pull the handle) "Uma Makimaki! Hayaku, Hayaokuri! Time Horse! Toki wa kakeru!"
(Horse Rolling! Quickly, fast forward! Time Horse! Time is running!)

Powers & Abilities
In this form, Gekimaru can manipulate time. He also wields two chakrams called Tokisharin (時車輪 Tokisharin, lit. Time Wheel), which can combine into a motorcycle.
Teleportation (Hyoujun Phase): This standard ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the green Hyoujun Phase side. Gekimaru can teleport onto a different location.
Slowdown Ring (Kyouryoku Phase): This powered ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the red Kyouryoku Phase side. Gekimaru traps targets with a large energy ring, slowing down time while inside a ring.
Time Freeze (Bouei Phase): This defensive ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the yellow Bouei Phase side. Gekimaru can stop time in about 9 seconds, and move freely in a time stop. This ability can only be used once.
Foresight (Genki Phase): This stamina ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the white side. Gekimaru can predict a future outcome.
Time Acceleration (Kibin Phase): This agile ability can be activated by turning the wheel of the driver to the black side. Gekimaru can enhance in super-speed while slowing down time from his surroundings.

Finishers
Gekimaru pulls the handle of the Eto Driver to activate the finisher.
