Armed Riot! Riot Armed Blast!
Riot Streaker enhances with Kingfisher, Pangolin, and Limulus' abilities, placing the Shotriser to her belt and armed with the sword and buzzsaw/shield energy. She bashes the target with a shield and launches them to the air. Then she flies with the kingfisher's wings and flies toward the target and slashes them with a sword and a buzzsaw from different directions. Finally, Streaker flies on top of them and finish off with a powerful diving stab, dragging them to the ground.

Ranged Riot! Riot Ranged Blast!
Riot Streaker enhances with Porcupine, Vinegaroon, and Pistol Shrimp's abilities. She delivers a Rider Punch the target with her right hand and then traps them with a large bubble energy. Streaker lassos the bubble with an energy whip, then spinning around in a circle and throwing them to the air. Finally, she uses the Shotriser to rapid fire the target with multiple red spikes, ricochetting inside the bubble and explodes.

Powered Riot! Riot Powered Blast!
Riot Streaker enhances with Glaucus, Clione, and Water Strider's abilities. She skates around the area with Water Strider's trail ability and levitates with Glaucus' ability, attacking the target from different directions. After multiple hits, she jump towards them while inside of a mechanical sea angel before performing a Rider Kick.

All Riot! Riot All Blast!
The symbols of the 10 component Progrise Keys line up as Streaker takes aim. She then pulls the trigger, launching a rainbow-colored bullet, and a mechanical osprey towards the enemy.

Etymology
- Kamen Rider Streaker's name comes from the "Beechcraft MQM-107 Streaker", a target towing drone primarily used by the United States Army and the United States Air Force for testing and training.

- Instead of robot skeletons, the animals are based on different types of planes .
