The Penguin, otherwise known as Oswald Cobblepot, comes from generations of class and money. Unfortunately for him, he was broke by the time he saw a penny of it. What a rip off! So, he did the only sensible thing he could think of: started stealing from the rich to line his pockets. It helps that he has a flock of friends that can pull it off. Penguin has dreams of opening up the biggest clubs in Gotham, just needs to find himself the perfect nest egg before it can happen.
Hanna Barbera AU belongs to @micaxiii and DarkwingSnark . It’s a hypothetical show about the shenanigans all the rouges get up to while locked away in Arkham Asylum, as they rest and sometimes make plans to escape.
