My new OC! Got the name from

She’s 26, she’s internationally known far and wide as “Fire Leggings” Flicker on the Soccer field. She’s a fast, agile, and slippery one and super ticklish. People have said that her pads generate so much heat/fire that she can form jet propulsion under her feet and move faster than most land Pokemon. People have even went so far as to say that when she moves, its like near instant teleportation when she’s mainly just moving really REALLY fast! She had stopped by PTA on one of her journeys and was greeted by Max the Riolu. They butt heads because of her spitfire/standoff personality and his bubbly/bright personality, but also grew to like each other. Flicker taught Max of the Pokemon of the Galar region and Max helped indulge the fire-type in her tickle-crazed fetish. She grew to like PTA and decided to take a little vacation from her regular sports career to have some fun around the Arena.
Ticklish Spots (Most—Least): Pits, Feet (Toes with in-between getting the highest reaction, Main Pad/Sole, Heel, Backs, Instep), Belly, Sides, Ribs, Neck, Ears, Back of Knees, Knees.
Known Moves; Electro Ball, Blaze Kick, Baton Pass, Flare Blitz, Ally Switch, Mega Kick, Low Kick, Work Up, and Endure.
