For a first try, it's very good. It's not easy to make a face attractive and still fit with a BW. It looks to me as though you have done just that (and in a new format; That's impressive!).

I do not know much about Poser, but for a first try it looks impressive to me. The hair and facial expression look terrific, and the lighting is very "seductive". Awesome piece!
