Dear TTV - no, it's not Breeze's helmet. It's MIDAS from "Real Steel" mixed with many Bayformers head images. Nothing more. No Hero Factory parts.
As you can see - the bones are yellow/gold, not green. It was camera fault.
As for "Pedau" - it is nickname for Gaku - member of Polish Forum of Bionicle (PFB).
