Dirty Harry screams 70's. Bell Bottoms, Hippies, and a Cop who had enough of a feckless justice system. Interesting fact: Clint Eastwood wasn't even close to the first choice of lead for the film... names like John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, and Steve McQueen all turned the role down.Technique-wise I think I'm relying too much on my detailing brush making hard lines... there is a fine line between 'pop' and 'cartoon'.
