I used to make curry using canned sauce, but I made the sauce (chicken masala) on my own for the first time. No one reported food poisoning, so I think this counts as a success. Lessons learned; put in salt and chili powder last. Otherwise, I had seasoned chicken and stir fried mixed vegetables in case the sauce didn't turn out well.More of my cooking here .
