Not a specific incident, but there were some nights where I have trouble falling asleep for up to >2 hours due to allergies because I can't breathe with a clogged or swollen nose. Last night I tried everything from saline solution, nasal spray, pull ups, and perhaps these even made things worse. That was until I remembered one thing I could try; spicy food. I got some spicy Korean ramen (kimchi flavor), which actually did the trick. My dad wondered how long that would last, but I ended up sleeping the rest of the night afterward. Would recommend this method!
