I appreciate the iniative.. But, the scenario is nothing really new... You see, With JJ now... That's even worse than George lucas.. And I will tell you why.. Georges Lucas in the prequel hold his script like the bible..
But at least he let the E.U go... (Peharps a little be too much, un petit peu trop.) And why it was good? Look at Grievious in the microserie, which introduce teh character....
I've heard that if Grievous was so bad ass and so good in the moovie that follow the micro serie... It was because it wasn't following the grievous of the E.U..
The truth is that this grievous is a part of the E.u and introduce in the E.U the E.U build this character and even give him an history and motivation later.
In the E.U you are free to make your own interpreatation of each character (but that's better it you follow their psychology personality etc if you want to write a canon history...)
Now Battle fro,t get reboot and castretate with even less games mods, smaller maps etc etc.. Less characters and only canonic battles !!!!
