Celestia and her baby, who was born prematurely. Her name is Vespira! In my AU, Celestia always wanted to be a mother and she really took Twilight under her wing and felt like she was her daughter in a way. Sending Vespira away would be really hard for her, so instead, she wants to find a spell that will let her daughter change forms more easily so she can be safely live in the kingdom. Vespira has some shape shifting chaos magic from her dad so she can shift but it doesn't last for too long, even though her mom is an alicorn and her dad is the spirit of chaos and they both have very powerful magic, since Vespira was born prematurely, her magic isn't as strong as you would think.
