Heather Blake was once a successful model with stunning beauty that earned her many photoshoots and won her many fashion shows, however she is also spoiled, cruel and mean who only desires to be on top and she is willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. Then her world came crashing down on her during a battle between the Wonder and Antaeus, resulting in her getting caught in the crossfire and scaring her face, she fell on conscious near a shard long enough to be exposed to the strange energy. In the hospital her powers begin to manifest as she developed the ability to manipulate the weather. Blaming the Wonder for her disfigurmentation she vowed revenge and used her powers to take control of Marine City. She would be defeated but is now one of the wonders most dangerous foes, she is the Spiteful Weather Queen.
