Shamrock is my best friends OC that I drew for him. We named him Shamrock because of his three spikes and well... he's green. He's kind of crazy and random but is an expert engineer. He invited pockets that can fit anything inside of them through miniaturization. He wields all sorts of crazy gadgets and weapons, and later learns that he's a technopath. He tags alongside Static on their crazy adventures.
